基于采纳过程视角的离散制造企业无线射频识别运行模式

摘要: 为了给离散制造企业无线射频识别系统实施提供参考,促进企业制造系统的运行优化,分析了离散制造企业无线射频识别采纳的过程,总结了无线射频识别采纳的影响因素,提出了无线射频识别应用水平的四个层次,并对其特点进行了对比分析。提取了无线射频识别应用水平各层次的共同特征,以此构建了无线射频识别系统运行模式框架,从系统优化运行目标、智能制造资源、制造业务流程、制造知识库及管理工具、信息化支撑系统及技术五个方面进行了详细研究。结合重庆某汽车制造企业的应用案例,验证了该模式的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To provide reference for Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system and to promote the operation optimization of manufacturing system in discrete manufacturing enterprises,RFID adoption process for discrete manufacturing enterprises was analyzed,adoption influencing factors were summarized,four levels of RFID application maturity were proposed,and the characteristics were comparatively analyzed.The common characteristics of RFID application level were extracted to construct the framework of RFID system operation mode.This framework was analyzed in detail from five aspects,system operation optimization goals,intelligent manufacturing resources,manufacturing business process,manufacturing knowledge database and management tools,informatization supporting system and technology.A case study of automobile manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing was provided and the feasibility and effectiveness of the operation mode were demonstrated.
